I started this journey in the residential lending industry over 19 years ago. I have worked my way up from a junior processor and continued processing the next 13 years, eventually working my way to being a Loan Partner and Loan Officer myself.
During the years spent in supportive roles, I have learned how to refine my skills based on being able to provide excellent customer service and anticipate each client’s needs. I love hand holding and educating my clients as well as all parties involved in a transaction. My passion is to help educate and assist home finance goals, working with the client’s support system of CPA’s, financial planners, realtors and attorneys.
Through my own personal home financial lessons, both good and painful, I am able to connect to each person; really listen to what they are going through and figure out what they need. Not everyone has the same story and I love to help clients put together a plan based on their goals and also help them with credit issues so we can increase their scores in an effective manner.
My business is built on referrals and not marketing and I help people throughout California and Oregon. Every referral is greatly appreciated and treated like family, I hand hold each client from pre- approval to post close. The buck stops with me, so if there’s any condition needed or document to be signed, I will be the contact for the client. My goal is to create life-long relationships and be here to help serve new and established clients throughout their home ownership journey.
